Yoga for a Strong , Healthy Back The sequence on this CD is a gentle to moderate practice designed to develop a strong, supple and flexible back. While practicing along with this CD you will be guided through movements and postures that will increase joint mobility, strengthen core muscles, and stretch the muscles of the shoulders, back and hips. The practice is divided into 10 sections. Feel free to follow the whole practice or to select specific sections to tailor a shorter practice targeting only specific areas.
